In Friday's non-league outing, the Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) basketball squad nipped the visiting Mitchell Mountaineers (Bakersville, NC), by a margin of 63-56.

The Wildcats (9-1) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin (Franklin, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Franklin got by Coosa (Rome, GA), 76-42, in a non-league outing.
