December 29, 2023: Saco, ME 04072 The Thornton Academy Trojans basketball team (Saco, ME), dropped 52-40 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Windham Eagles (Windham, ME)
The Eagles now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewiston for a AA North battle on Thursday, January 4.
The Trojans (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Gorham (Gorham, ME). The Rams come into the AA South battle with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Gorham defeated Westbrook (Westbrook, ME), 71-53, in a non-league outing.
