Helena Huskies (Helena, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL), 23-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Helena upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Huskies travel to Chelsea (Chelsea, AL) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Chelsea lost 46-25 in their recent non-league bout against Thompson (Alabaster, AL)
