Arkansas High School Basketball - Concord edges Bald Knob
December 3, 2022: Concord, AR 72523 The Concord Pirates (Concord, AR) basketball nipped the visiting Bald Knob Bulldogs (Bald Knob, AR), 53-49 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pirates (11-2) will now prepare for their test against South Side (Bee Branch, AR). The Hornet go into the non-league test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, South Side was tipped by Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR), 76-37, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Rose Bud for a 3A Region 6 test on Wednesday, December 7. Bald Knob will encounter a Ramblers squad coming off a 73-72 non-league loss to Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Ramblers record now stands at 2-2.
