December 8, 2022: Concord, AR 72523 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting South Side Hornet basketball team scored a good 73-56 triumph over the Concord Pirates.
In their next game, the Hornet meet the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, AR) in a 2A Region 2 match, on Friday, December 9. South Side will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 68-44 league loss to Cedar Ridge (Newark, AR).
With the defeat, Concord moves to 11-3 on the year. The Pirates host Timbo (Timbo, AR) to meet the Tigers in a 1A Region 2 match on Tuesday, December 13. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 2-10. Timbo lost 66-47 in their recent league match against Shirley (Shirley, AR)
