The South Side Hornet (Bee Branch, AR) basketball were winner over the visiting White County Central Bears (Judsonia, AR), 72-56 in Friday's league contest.

The Hornet now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sloan-Hendrix for a 2A Region 2 contest on Wednesday, December 7. South Side will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 78-44 non-league win over Hoxie (Hoxie, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 8-1.
