Texas High School Basketball - West Rusk routs New Summerfield
December 3, 2024: New London, TX 75682 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host West Rusk Raiders basketball team scored a big 58-18 triumph over the New Summerfield Hornets.
The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chireno (Chireno, TX). The Owls go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Chireno was trounced by Frankston (Frankston, TX), 54-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets confront the Union Hill Bulldogs (Gilmer, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. New Summerfield will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 61-18 non-league loss to Ector (Ector, TX).
