Nevada High School Basketball - Bonanza triumphant over Amplus Academy
December 3, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89113 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bonanza Bengals (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Amplus Academy Archers (Las Vegas, NV), observed Bonanza's basketball team overwhelm Amplus Academy by a score of 45-18.
The Bengals (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners come into the 4A Sky challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Southeast Career Tech was routed by Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV), 62-11, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Archers battle the Valley Vikings (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Sky challenge, on Thursday, December 5. Amplus Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 38-25 non-league loss to Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).
