Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Henderson edges Garnet Valley
December 30, 2023: Glen Mills, PA 19342 The Henderson Warriors (West Chester, PA) basketball nipped the host Garnet Valley Jaguars (Glen Mills, PA), 55-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA). The Golden Knights go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Bayard Rustin got by Interboro (Prospect Park, PA), 65-53, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Radnor for a Central test on Thursday, January 4. Garnet Valley will encounter a Raptors squad coming off a 63-57 non-league win over Episcopal Academy (Newtown Square, PA). The Raptors record now stands at 7-1.
