In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting North Valleys Panthers basketball team scored a close 36-34 win over the Churchill County Greenwave.

The Panthers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Vikings come into the contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, South Tahoe edged Lowry (Winnemucca, NV), 38-32, in a non-league contest.
