With the victory, Lake Travis advances its record to 15-9 on the year. The Cavaliers host Westlake (Austin, TX) to meet the Chaparrals in a 6A Region IV District 26 battle on Friday, January 3. The Chaparrals enter the battle with a record of 18-7. Westlake won 51-37 in their recent league battle against Bowie (Austin, TX)

The Tigers now own a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Valle for a 6A Region IV District 26 battle on Friday, January 3. Dripping Springs will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 33-25 non-league win over St. Michael's (Austin, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-13.
