December 4, 2023: Sasakwa, OK 74867 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Mason Eagles (Mason, OK) and the host Sasakwa Vikings (Sasakwa, OK), saw Mason's basketball squad hold off Sasakwa by a tally of 55-49.
With the victory, Mason improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Earlsboro (Earlsboro, OK) to play the Wildcats in a Little River challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Earlsboro won 67-27 in their recent league challenge against Moss (Holdenville, OK)
Next up, the Vikings play the New Lima Falcons (New Lima, OK) in a Little River challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Sasakwa will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 59-40 league loss to Bowlegs (Bowlegs, OK).
