Minnesota High School Basketball - Lake City can't hold off Kasson-Mantorville
December 4, 2023: Kasson, MN 55944 The Kasson-Mantorville Komets basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Lake City Tigers to 62 in the Komets non-league triumph on Monday.
The Komets now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Goodhue for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. Kasson-Mantorville will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-47 non-league loss to Hancock (Hancock, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
Next up, the Tigers play the Byron Bears (Byron, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Lake City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
