December 4, 2024: Houtzdale, PA 16651

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) and the visiting Harmony Area Owls (Westover, PA), observed Moshannon Valley's basketball team knock off Harmony Area by a score of 47-31.

The Black Knights/Damsels (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Branch (Morrisdale, PA). The Warriors come into the Moshannon Valley challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, West Branch was knocked off by River Valley (Blairsville, PA), 71-66, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls encounter the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Harmony Area will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 64-18 non-league win over Rockwood (Rockwood, PA).
