The Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) basketball edged the visiting Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC), 66-60 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Catamounts now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Green Level for a Quad City Seven 8A challenge on Tuesday, December 9. Panther Creek will encounter a Gators team coming off a 66-30 non-league win over Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Gators record now stands at 2-4.
