Illinois High School Basketball - Lewistown winner over West Prairie
December 5, 2023: Sciota, IL 61475 The Lewistown Indians (Lewistown, IL) basketball felled the host West Prairie Cyclones (Sciota, IL), 42-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Patriots go into the Prairieland test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Peoria Heights was beaten by Woodland (Streator, IL), 46-41, in a non-league test.
The Cyclones now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a Prairieland test on Friday, December 8.
