Minnesota High School Basketball - Mound-Westonka nudges St. Louis Park
December 5, 2023: St. Louis Park, MN 55426 Mound-Westonka White Hawks (Mound, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Louis Park Orioles (St. Louis Park, MN), 72-70 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mound-Westonka upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The White Hawks host Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN) to clash with the Stars in a AAA Section 6 bout on Saturday, December 9. The Stars go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Academy of Holy Angels lost 64-52 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN)
Next up, the Orioles clash with the Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons (Plymouth, MN) in a AAAA Section 6 bout, on Thursday, December 7. St. Louis Park will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
