December 5, 2023: Indian Trail, NC 28079 The Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) basketball knocked off the host Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC), 40-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record.
The Pirates now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hickory Ridge for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Porter Ridge will encounter a Ragin' Bulls squad coming off a 52-27 non-league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Ragin' Bulls record now stands at 2-0.
