The Mavericks now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Cabarrus for a non-league battle on Friday, December 15. Marvin Ridge will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 53-37 non-league loss to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.
The Knights (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Berry (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinal come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Berry dropped by South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 67-62, in a non-league battle.
