The Southwood Knights beat the host Wabash Apaches basketball team by a tally of 57-49 in Friday's league game.

The Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Carroll for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Southwood will confront a Cougars team coming off a 63-48 non-league loss to Frontier (Chalmers, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Wabash falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to North Miami (Denver, IN) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 10. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-1. North Miami lost 46-30 in their recent non-league game against Bremen (Bremen, IN)
