Arkansas High School Basketball - Marked Tree overwhelms Crowley's Ridge Academy
December 6, 2022: Marked Tree, AR 72365 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Marked Tree Indians (Marked Tree, AR) and the visiting Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons (Paragould, AR), saw Marked Tree's basketball squad wallop Crowley's Ridge Academy by a tally of 69-30.
With the victory, Marked Tree improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Mammoth Spring (Mammoth Spring, AR) to confront the Bears in a 1A Region 3 challenge on Friday, December 9. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Mammoth Spring won 76-46 in their recent league challenge against Ridgefield Christian (Jonesboro, AR)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Maynard Tigers (Maynard, AR) in a 1A Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Crowley's Ridge Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 69-31 non-league loss to Rector (Rector, AR).
