Iowa High School Basketball - Regina nips Durant
December 6, 2022: Iowa City, IA 52245 Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA), 42-40 in a league bout.
With the win, Regina upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Regals travel to Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA) to play the Golden Hawks in a River Valley bout on Thursday, December 8. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Mid-Prairie lost 55-50 in their recent league bout against West Liberty (West Liberty, IA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA) in a River Valley bout, on Thursday, December 8. Durant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 65-41 league loss to Camanche (Camanche, IA).
