Washington, DC High School Basketball - Gonzaga fells St. Andrew's Episcopal
December 6, 2022: Washington, DC 20001 Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), 61-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gonzaga upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Eagles host Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Friendship Tech Prep Academy lost 74-57 in their recent non-league bout against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Lions play the St. Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 75-47 non-league win over Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
