Georgia High School Basketball - Madison County overwhelms Seckinger
December 6, 2022: Buford, GA 30519 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) and the host Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), saw Madison County's basketball squad wallop Seckinger by a tally of 73-19.
With the victory, Madison County improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Elbert County (Elberton, GA) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Elbert County won 83-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Burke County (Waynesboro, GA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA) in a AAAA Region 8B challenge, on Friday, December 9. Seckinger will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 49-44 league loss to Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA).
