In Friday's league contest, the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights basketball team scored a close 48-45 win over the Discovery Titans.

The Black Knights (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Walnut Grove was tipped by East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA), 61-51, in a league contest.
