The Paxton Bobcats basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Central Jaguars to 53 in the Bobcats league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pike Liberal Arts for a non-league game on Monday, December 9.

With the loss, Central falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host T.R. Miller (Brewton, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7.
