The Pewitt Brahmas basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host De Kalb Bears to 36 in the Brahmas non-league triumph on Friday.

The Brahmas now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Queen City for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. Pewitt will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-45 non-league win over McLeod (McLeod, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, De Kalb falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Ore City (Ore City, TX) to confront the Rebels in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7.
