Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Monessen bests Fort Cherry
December 6, 2024: McDonald, PA 15057 The Monessen Greyhounds basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Fort Cherry Rangers to 50 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Friday.
The Greyhounds now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Union Area for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Monessen will play a Scotties team coming off a 51-43 non-league win over Jefferson-Morgan (Jefferson, PA). The Scotties record now stands at 3-0.
