December 7, 2022: Stafford, VA 22554 The Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA) basketball nipped the host Brooke Point Black Hawks (Stafford, VA), 53-52 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Sharks (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA). The Red Wolves go into the Eastern test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Gar-Field was tipped by Riverbend (Fredericksburg, VA), 40-39, in a non-league test.
The Black Hawks now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Chancellor for a non-league test on Friday, December 9. Brooke Point will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 69-60 non-league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 0-4.
