The Gulf Buccaneers basketball team (New Port Richey, FL), dropped 82-68 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL)

The Leopards now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Creek for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Hernando will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 74-73 league loss to River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-3.

The Buccaneers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Fivay (Hudson, FL). The Falcons come into the 5A District 6 battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Fivay prevailed over Hudson (Hudson, FL), 46-40, in a non-league battle.
