Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL), 76-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Citrus (Inverness, FL) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 2-10. Citrus lost 43-38 in their recent non-league bout against Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL)
