The Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL), 54-37 in Tuesday's league test.

The Leopards (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Lecanto (Lecanto, FL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, Lecanto notched a victory over Springstead (Spring Hill, FL), 61-58, in a non-league test.

The Sharks now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Central for a 4A District 9 test on Friday, January 13. Nature Coast Tech will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 63-57 non-league win over Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Bears record now stands at 11-3.
