Virginia High School Basketball - Lightridge edges Dominion
December 7, 2022: Sterling, VA 20164 The Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) basketball nipped the host Dominion Titans (Sterling, VA), 53-47 in Wednesday's league test.
The Bolts (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Pride go into the Dulles test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Heritage got by Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA), 41-38, in a non-league test.
The Titans now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Broad Run for a Dulles test on Friday, December 9. Dominion will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 45-13 non-league win over Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-3.
