In Saturday's non-league test, the La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN) basketball squad trounced the host New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN), by a score of 55-33.

Next, the Slicers clash with the Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 13. La Porte will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
