The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) and the host Stanton Mustangs (Stanton, NE), observed Tekamah-Herman's basketball team knock off Stanton by a score of 60-49.

The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri County Northeast (Emerson, NE). The Wolfpack come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Tri County Northeast was knocked off by Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NE), 46-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the West Point-Beemer Cadets (West Point, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Stanton will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
