In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Northwestern Wildcats basketball team scored a good 40-24 triumph over the Corry Beavers.

The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
