Virginia High School Basketball - New Covenant fells Grace Christian

The New Covenant Gryphons basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Grace Christian Warriors to 18 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Gryphons now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Miller School of Albemarle for a VISAA Blue Ridge game on Thursday, December 12.

With the loss, Grace Christian falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Cornerstone Christian (Rockingham, VA) to confront the Cougars in a game on Tuesday, December 10. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 1-3. Cornerstone Christian won 31-20 in their recent non-league game against Appalachian Christian School (Duffield, VA)
