Michigan High School Basketball - Boyne City fells Sault Area
December 8, 2022: Boyne City, MI 49712 Boyne City Ramblers (Boyne City, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sault Area Blue Devils (Sault St. Marie, MI), 59-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Boyne City upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI) to play the Elks in a Lake Michigan bout on Thursday, December 15. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Elk Rapids won 85-34 in their recent non-league bout against Central Lake (Central Lake, MI)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Petoskey Northmen (Petoskey, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Sault Area will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Northmen come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 70-68 non-league win over Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI).
