In Thursday's non-league match, the host Clover Garden School Grizzlies basketball team scored a good 60-50 triumph over the Millennium Lions.

In their next game, the Grizzlies meet the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 9. Clover Garden School will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 6-0 record after their 53-16 non-league win over Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC).
