The Hendrickson Hawks basketball team scored 30 points and held the host Leander Lions to 28 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Hawks now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jarrell for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Hendrickson will meet a Cougars team coming off a 45-38 non-league win over McNeil (Austin, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-6.

The Lions (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against McNeil (Austin, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, McNeil was nudged by Jarrell (Jarrell, TX), 45-38, in a non-league contest.
