December 8, 2022: Leander, TX 78641 Leander Lions (Leander, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Jarrell Cougars (Jarrell, TX), 43-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Leander upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Lions host Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Hendrickson won 69-66 in their recent non-league bout against Killeen (Killeen, TX)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Jarrell will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Mavericks go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 65-42 non-league loss to Hutto (Hutto, TX).
