Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fort Ann Cardinals (Fort Ann, NY) and the host Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY), saw Fort Ann's basketball squad hold off Argyle by a tally of 29-22.

With the victory, Fort Ann improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Corinth (Corinth, NY) to confront the Riverhawks in a Section 2 Adirondack I challenge on Friday, January 5. The Riverhawks come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Scots confront the Salem Generals (Salem, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack II challenge, on Wednesday, December 13. Argyle will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 30-25 league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, NY).
