December 9, 2022: Chewelah, WA 99109 The Chewelah Cougars basketball team (Chewelah, WA), was overwhelmed 69-42 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. George's Dragons (Spokane, WA)
The Dragons now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reardan for a 2B Bi-County battle on Saturday, December 10. St. George's will battle a Screaming Eagles team coming off a 53-49 non-league loss to Deer Park (Deer Park, WA). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Northwest Christian School (Colbert, WA). The Crusaders come into the 2B Bi-County battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Northwest Christian School was overwhelmed by Davenport (Davenport, WA), 74-28, in a league battle.
