Washington High School Basketball - Kennewick overwhelms Hanford
December 9, 2022: Richland, WA 99354 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA) and the host Hanford Falcons (Richland, WA), saw Kennewick's basketball squad wallop Hanford by a tally of 83-47.
With the victory, Kennewick improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lions host Hermiston (Hermiston, WA) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Hermiston won 60-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Sunnyside (Sunnyside, WA)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Hanford will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 68-64 non-league loss to Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA).
