Northampton County Jaguars (Gaston, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC), 60-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Northampton County upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Jaguars host Warren County (Warrenton, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Conference 9 bout on Friday, December 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-5.

Next up, the Pride clash with the Wilson Prep Tigers (Wilson, NC) in a 1A Conference 9 game, on Thursday, December 15. KIPP Pride will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
