In Friday's non-league outing, the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) basketball squad beat the host Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV), by a margin of 56-44.

The Lancers (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV). The Pioneers go into the non-league outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Canyon Springs defeated Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 51-49, in a non-league outing.

The Scorpions now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 10. Sage Ridge will clash with a Diablos squad coming off a 81-59 non-league win over Mountain Range (Westminster, CO). The Diablos record now stands at 7-5.
