Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) and the host Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL), saw Lake Central's basketball squad overcome Fremd by a tally of 49-38.

With the victory, Lake Central improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Crown Point (Crown Point, IN) to confront the Bulldogs in a Duneland challenge on Friday, December 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-5.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Fremd will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record.
