Washington High School Basketball - Sehome triumphant over Meridian
December 9, 2024: Bellingham, WA 98225 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA) and the visiting Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA), observed Sehome's basketball team overwhelm Meridian by a margin of 35-9.
The Mariners (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Stanwood (Stanwood, WA). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Stanwood trounced Monroe (Monroe, WA), 27-24, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Meridian will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 44-36 non-league loss to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA).
