The Wiley Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Springfield Longhorns to 32 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Cheraw for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. Wiley will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 56-26 non-league win over Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Springfield moves to 1-2 on the season. The Longhorns host Cheyenne Wells (Cheyenne Wells, CO) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, January 10. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 2-0.
