In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Gardendale Rockets basketball team scored a close 46-41 win over the Helena Huskies.

The Rockets (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Oak Mountain was nudged by Homewood (Homewood, AL), 34-33, in a non-league match.
